3. Tube size for jamb is 2"*6:"or 1"*6". Tube size for door is 12"*4" or 2"*6". For scroll work, we usually use 1/2"1/2" iron or 5/8"*5/8"iron for our products making them durable and long lasting;
4. Sand Blasting, zinc coated, primer paint to keep away from rust. All entry doors injected with a polyurethane foam. The foam expands to fill all of the air ***ce inside of the doors;
5. All the entry door comes with heavy duty hinge, heavy duty weather stripping around Jamb and Glass Frame, Door sweep between bottom of door and threshold. Handle and lock is up to your option, we will drill standard lock hole for buyer;
6. All doors are pre-hung units with flush bolts;
7. Glass panels on all iron doors are hinged. This allows for ease of cleaning and ventilation without opening the doors. All glasses used on our iron doors is tempered, double panel and insulated Clear glass, Rain glass, Sandblast glass, Aquatex glass, Tea glass, Ice glass for your choice. |
